Despite taking the lead through a stunning Darren Jeffries free kick on 21 minutes Highworth could not contain an inform Winchester side on Wednesday night at the Save On Tyres Stadium.
Recent problems in dealing with set pieces was apparent again as the visitors came back with 3 goals before half time. A free kick from the right on 30 minutes found Mlambo in the 6 yard box and his effort went in, slightly fortuitously, off his teammate Harfield. it was 1-2 on 36 minutes as Jamie Barron thundered home a header from 10 yards from a corner. Another right hand side free kick was slotted home on 42 minutes by Harfield as the home side went in at half time at 1-3.
The only goal in the second half came on 51 minutes as Bailey slotted home after which Highworth battled hard but were indebted to keeper Connor Johns for not conceding further.

Difficult times for Highworth with numerous injuries to contend with together with suspensions and other non availabilities.
